This is a great venue, 3 kms. outside Summerstrand along the Marine Drive with access to the beach and rocks. Transport is provided: airport/bus. Chalets are serviced and fully equipped for self-catering OR meals are available in the dining room or restaurant next door. N.B. Units with a Bath have a full kitchen. Units with a shower have a mini-kitchen.

Full tariff includes accommodation of 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), conference and teas (meals excluded).
DEPOSIT: R500.00 PER PERSON
FEES: Single room: R1950.00 Double room: R1200.00 per person. 3 people sharing: R950.00 per person. 4 people sharing: R775.00 per person.
Cabins (fridge, kettle, cups, etc.): Single person: R1350.00 2 sharing: R815.00 per person 3 sharing: R615.00 per person 4 sharing: R500.00 per person
DAY VISITORS: Conference & teas (Thurs.–Sun.) R300.00 per person OR: Per teaching session including tea: R35.00 per person.
MEALS: Meals are available at 2 venues and require an extra charge per meal as follows: ROBIN (Dining) ROOM: Breakfasts: R54 each Lunches: R54 each Dinners: R80 each ISLAND (a la carte): (No Breakfasts) Burgers, steaks, salads, fish. No bookings in advance.
Sleep–in delegates and day visitors MUST book meals in advance. Final balance for accommodation and meals must be settled by 10 October. Registration: 3.00 p.m. Thurs. 30 October… closing midday on Sun. 2 November.
If you have special requests please register early. Please make your flight bookings a.s.a.p. to ensure the less expensive fares. Please do not request a full kitchen if you are having most of the meals in the dining room!!!
