Wonga Park Conference Centre is an ideal and convenient venue which is 40 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD. Its location is distinctive with a combination of rustic bush land setting and modern facilities.

Times: Registration: 1:00 pm Wednesday and closing midday on Sunday

Deposit: AUD50.00 per person is required to secure your booking and refundable until 15 March 2011. All final balances must be settled by 15 March.

CONFERENCE COSTS:

OPTION 1: Costs with GST include meals, accommodation, linen, conference fees and transport from and to Melbourne International Airport.

Adults (13 yrs & older) - $400 per person
Children aged 5-12 yrs - $315.00 per person
Children aged 3-4 yrs - $177.00 per child
Children under 3 yrs FREE

OPTION 2: Costs with GST include meals, accommodation, linen and conference fees ONLY.

Adults (13 yrs & older) - $360 per person
Children aged 5-12 yrs - $305.00 per person
Children aged 3-4 yrs - $172.00 per child
Children under 3 yrs FREE

Day Visitors:  Costs with GST are inclusive of facility usage, lunch and dinner. Arrangement can be made if staying only for one meal.
Adults (13 yrs & older) - $36.00 per person 
Children aged 5-12 yrs - $32.00 per person
Children aged 3-4 yrs - $8.00 per child
Children under 3 yrs FREE

PLEASE NOTE:

Camp Bus Transport (cost included in camp fees) is available from Melbourne International Airport to conference destination during the following times only:
Arrival (13th April):       Bus leaves airport for camp at: 11:00am and 3:00pm
Departure (17th April): Bus leaves camp for airport at 1:00 pm

If your flights arrive or depart outside of these hours you will need to make your own transport arrangements to or from the conference centre. Cab to or from airport will cost you around $100, for your account.

EARLY ARRIVAL: If you would like to come earlier (before 13th) or stay longer (after 17th) accommodation will be available at $35.00 per person per day, however, you will need to make your own arrangements for meals as Wonga Park will not be able to offer meals outside  of conference period.
